Orient Tempered Glass is a toughened safety glass. Processed through a  special heat handling, it acquires higher resistance against impact. The glass is approximately five times more tough than normal glass. A piece of 8mm toughened glass will be able to withstand a 500 gr steel ball dropping from a two meters height.

Ideal for use in interiors. Orient acid etched glass can be sited in a wide variety of application:

·Side windows within 24 in of an opening or door
·Stair landing windows within 4 ft. of the floor
·Bathroom windows within 5 ft. of the floor
·All windows with 18 in. If the floor
·All tub and shower enclosures.
